RHYTHMICS 101

Our 101 class is purely recreational and is offered to those who want to experience all the FUN gymnastics has to offer in a relaxed, non competitive environment. The main focus is an introduction to this wonderful and graceful sport whilst developing balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. All classes incorporate aspects of dance, acrobatics, the basic foundations of using hand held equipment (throwing, rolling, and skipping) as well as gymnastics specific skills and tricks. Gymnasts will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills at our annual Winter Showcase!

Thursday 4pm - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 10am

Registration & Insurance - $60 per annum (prorated rates available for mid year enrolments)

1 lesson per week - $200 per term
